Commendation of the CEO of Razavi Food Industries at the 50th Anniversary Ceremony of the Faculty of Agriculture, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad

At the ceremony celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Faculty of Agriculture at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, Dr. Mojtaba Hadian, CEO of Razavi Food Industries, was honored for his valuable efforts and contributions in advancing educational and research activities and strengthening collaboration between academia and industry.

According to the Communications and Media Department of Razavi Food Industries, a special certificate of appreciation was presented during the event—which was attended by professors, alumni, and leaders from the agricultural and food industries—to recognize the CEO’s effective involvement in enhancing academic–industrial cooperation.

The ceremony not only commemorated five decades of scientific and research achievements of the Faculty of Agriculture but also served as an opportunity to review future directions and outline development plans for the coming decade.

The Role of Razavi Food Industries in Bridging Academia and Industry

Speaking on the sidelines of receiving the award, Dr. Mojtaba Hadian highlighted the four decades of successful activity of Razavi Food Industries and emphasized the importance of expanding collaborations between universities and industry. He described such cooperation as a key factor in transferring technical knowledge and practical experience to younger generations.

He stated: “Supporting educational and research initiatives at universities and participating in applied projects not only enhances the quality of domestic production but also paves the way for job creation and sustainable development in the agricultural and food industries.”

The certificate of appreciation acknowledged the significant role of Razavi Food Industries in organizing scientific meetings, research collaborations, and supporting talented students and graduates of Ferdowsi University. It also recognized the company’s specialized lectures and joint training programs under Dr. Hadian’s leadership as effective steps toward strengthening the relationship between academia and industry.

Emphasis on Continued Collaboration Between Universities and Industry

University officials attending the event also emphasized that sustained academic–industrial cooperation is essential for commercializing research outcomes and advancing a knowledge-based economy.
They noted that such partnerships can bridge the gap between academic research, industrial production, and consumer markets, thereby facilitating the country’s path toward sustainable development.
