R&D Director of Razavi Food Industries Recognized as a Leading Innovator in the Food Industry
At the 16th Conference on Research, Development, and Innovation in Iranian Industries and Mines, Sara Hosseinpour, the R&D Director of Razavi Food Industries, was honored as the top research and development manager in the food industry.
According to the Public Relations Department of Razavi Food Industries, the company’s CEO emphasized the importance of research and development in its success, stating:
“Receiving this title is a great honor for Razavi Food Industries and reflects our company’s scientific and innovative position in the food industry.”
Mojtaba Hadian added, “The R&D director of Razavi Food Industries has played a significant role in enhancing the quality of our products by implementing effective research projects and introducing innovative solutions.”
Achievements of R&D in Razavi Food Industries
Highlighting the efforts of the R&D department, he stated:
“Research and development at Razavi Food Industries focus on new product development, formulation improvement, cost reduction, and increasing the shelf life of food products.”
The CEO further noted that one of the most important achievements of the R&D unit has been the production of gluten-free bread, which will greatly benefit individuals with celiac disease.
He also referred to the patents registered by this unit, saying:
“The development of gelatin-free marshmallow using plant-based ingredients, gluten-free cookies made with rice flour and tahini, and the extension of fermented layered pastry shelf life from 2 to 6 months—significantly contributing to the expansion of domestic and international markets—are among the key achievements that have strengthened the reputation of Razavi Food Industries in the field of R&D.”
Expanding Collaboration with Domestic and International Universities
Discussing the future plans of the R&D unit, Hadian stated:
“Our main goal is to expand scientific research and establish stronger collaborations with reputable research institutions. In this regard, we have planned joint projects with both domestic and international universities.”
Emphasizing the role of skilled human resources, he added:
“Our success in research and development is the result of the tireless efforts of specialists in this field.”
