Razavi Food Industries’ operating profit grew by 57% in the first half of 2025

The CEO of Razavi Food Industries announced that the company achieved a 57% growth in operating profit during the first half of 2025. He attributed this surge in profitability to effective management of production costs and higher selling prices of exclusive products.

According to Razavi Food Industries’ Public Relations and as reported by Bourse24, Dr. Mojtaba Hadian stated that based on the financial statements for the first half of 2025, the company’s operating profit reached 4,419 billion rials.
This is while the operating profit in the same period last year was 2,811 billion rials, reflecting a 57% growth. Through precise cost management and increased pricing of high-profit exclusive products, the company achieved a remarkable improvement in operating revenues. He emphasized that the increase in operating profit was the result of targeted measures in cost management and the implementation of market-development strategies.

Cost Management and Market Expansion; Two Key Drivers of Profit Growth

Referring to the programs implemented during the first half of the year, the CEO said: by timely procurement of key raw materials, the company was able to maintain strict control over production costs, while the increased selling prices of profitable and exclusive products significantly boosted the company’s revenues.

According to Dr. Hadian, the company’s operating revenues rose from 16,148 billion rials to 24,546 billion rials in this period, demonstrating the success of the company’s strategy in optimizing production and expanding its portfolio of high value-added products.

Hadian also highlighted the important role of the Productivity Foundation of Astan Quds Razavi in supporting the company’s development plans. He noted that synergy among the Foundation’s subsidiaries has created favorable conditions for implementing innovative projects within Razavi Food Industries. This synergy has also paved the way for the production of health-oriented and export-ready products.

Upward Trend in Profitability to Continue

He emphasized that the 57% growth in operating profit in the first half of 2025 reflects the effectiveness of structural reforms in production and sales. With the continuation of development programs in the second half of the year, the company expects its profitability and efficiency to maintain their upward trajectory.
